Enjoy a private, semi-private, or group SUP Yoga or SUP fitness class this summer! Tailored to your experience level and preferences, you can combine your love for yoga with paddle boarding or simply receive instruction on how to paddle board (and get a workout to boot)!
Take your practice to the water with our private and small group paddle board yoga + fitness classes. Feel your surroundings. Hear the soothing sounds of the water and let your body move for a rejuvenating practice.
Sessions are 75-90 minutes long and a perfect opportunity to enjoy the water, nourish your body, get a workout in, practice yoga or learn to SUP, and overall, enjoy the SUP experience now and into the future.

Classes must be booked 24 hours in advance.

Simply select which group you'd like to join and spend Summer 2022 on the water. Classes will be tailored to the experience level of each group, with ample opportunities for SUP Yogis to modify or advance their practice.
